Lately, I’ve been hearing a few of you say, ‘what’s a yoga teacher coach?’

And rightfully so. So I thought I’d take a moment to address this.

A coach is someone who believes in you a little more than you believe in yourself, when you can’t see your strengths, and can’t hone or leverage said strengths.

Every once in a while, the bigger questions in life stump us. At this time, we tend to ask ourselves, ‘what in the hell do I do next?’

A coach sees your abilities from a 30,000 foot view, and way better than you can see for yourself in these moments.

Knowing your strengths is important on the journey of starting (or keeping) your business.

Ready to drop out of the yoga teaching game altogether? I get it! If you’re a yoga instructor, I highly encourage you to check out this course.

I’m so excited to connect with you!!
